Why Ramblin' Reed?

First, because what is written here is my personal thoughts, convictions, questions, and musings. It is designed to help me focus. I must warn you, I am NOT a writer. This ‘journal’ would likely shock most of my teachers, in that I do this of my own volition and not out of compulsion or threat of failing some class.

In some ways I am writing to allow you to keep me accountable. My goal is to open up and share how God is speaking to me through His Word. It is my testimony to the power of God at work in an ordinary man.

I encourage your comments, but please be considerate and sensitive, for I am trying to be open and honest with you.
